Gay Lee Foyt brings 30 years of experience in the trades, both hands-on and as a contractor. She is currently with the MEC Training Center and is a certified Weatherization Technician. Gay Lee is also certified in 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER, Lead Safe Work Practices (RRP), Asbestos Worker class III, and Healthy Homes Weatherization Technician. She is a trained and experienced Site Safety Manager who is passionate about weatherization practices as an energy conservation tool and has completed several volunteer weatherization projects. Gay Lee’s educational background includes Temple College, Austin Community College, and the University of Texas.
