Greg Gladish is MEC's HPwES Quality Assurance Specialist. Greg has been instrumental in working with auditors and analysts to improve or better home energy audits for homeowners.

Greg has worked in residential construction for more than 34 years and, as such, has built or replaced just about every conceivable aspect of a home. He also has the credentials to supplement the experience. Greg is a certified BPI Building Analyst and often helps train MECs BPI Building Analyst and Weatherization Techs. One of his many accomplishments was serving, in 2010, as the lead carpenter on Project Living Proof, the restore of a modest home at 917 Emanuel Cleaver Blvd in Kansas City, Missouri, to exhibit how to make a century-old home more energy efficient.

Greg takes his job seriously, but is known for his sense of humor. When asked about something he likes to do, he replied, "helping women and children and the elderly across the street (for a small fee)."
